			Elisabet Rodriguez Dennehy is the founder and president of Rodriguez & Associates, a strategic consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The firm specializes in customized leadership development programs for women and related consulting services to help organizations manage and develop female talent.
		
			Elisabet’s ground-breaking approach and personal involvement have led to highly effective executive leadership programs for GlaxoSmithKline, Westinghouse, UniCredit, Microsoft, and many other clients throughout the U.S., Latin America, and the European Union.
		
			She has also conducted Coaching and Mentoring programs for the University of Pittsburgh in Sao Paulo, Brazil for global companies like Dow, Motorola, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Caterpillar, in Prague, Czech Republic for Deloitte, PPG and ABB, and for many companies based in the Pittsburgh region.
		
			In addition to her consulting work, Elisabet serves as lead faculty at the Duquesne University Women’s Executive Leadership Program, where she teaches Leadership; Global Issues in Organizations; Ethics; and Change: The Organization as a System.
		
			She is actively involved in the launch of her book Can You Afford To Ignore Me? How to manage Gender and Cultural Differences at Work.
